For two portions you need
1/2 head cauliflower
200g tofu
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp ginger
Salt and pepper
1/2 onion chopped
1 red bell peper chopped
4 slice pineapple
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
15 drop tabasco
One portion contains 300 calories, 21g protein, 37g carbs and 9g fat

1)Cut the cauliflower, put it in a blender and mix during five seconds and cook it for 8 minutes.
2)In a pan stir the tofu with the spices. Cook it during 6 minutes until the tofu is begins to brown.
3)Add the pepper, the half onion and the pineapple and cook for 4 minutes
4)Add the sweet and sour sauce plus the Tabasco and stir for 1 minute.
In a plate, put the caulirice and the tofu on the top. Add some sauce, salt or pepper for more taste and your delicious sticky tofu bowl is ready !đ
