You like pancakes but want something different, more healthy and always as tasty? This recipe is made for you. I’m a huge fan of pancakes, sometimes I’m just looking for a healthy and high-protein breakfast and one day I tasted this recipe which is so easy yummy and healthy the I almost forgot classic pancakes

For one portion you need :
125g green peas
1 onion
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp mix dried herbs
Salt and pepper
Topping (optional):
Soy yogurt
More peas
Each portions contain 267 calories, 13g protein, 45g carbs and 3,5g fat.

Chopp and put the onion, the garlic and peas in a pan, grill them for a few minutes.
Transfer them in a blender and mix for 5 minutes ( or mash it with a for if you want more texture )
Add all the other ingredients ( except those for the topping ) and mix
Cook your pancakes in a pan, on the top add some yogurt and peas and your delicious high-protein breakfast is ready !🥞
