I’m one of these person, unconditionally in love with Poptarts, and I was so sad when I discovered that the tastiest thing in the universe contains beef gelatin that I decided to find the best recipe of chocolate vegan Poptarts bite. Finally these extremely chocolaty and decadent cookies were created and now, I couldn’t imagine to come back to original Poptarts.

For 17 pieces you need :
Crust :
140g flour
16g cacao powder
75g light vegan butter
1,5 tbsp maple syrup
45ml light coconut milk
Chocolate coconut filing :
40g desiccated coconut
15g cacao powder
2tbsp maple syrup
4,5tbsp light coconut milk
Topping :
1tbsp light coconut milk
1tsp brown sugar
20g melted vegan chocolate
Every piece contains 77cals, 1.4g protein, 9.5g carbs and 3.5g fat.

1)Preheat the oven at 390*F/200*C
2)For the crust :
In a blender, mix all the dry ingredients, add the other ingredients and mix until it’s a dough
3)For the chocolate filing :
4)Mix all the ingredients together in a blender
Take the half of the crust dough, flat it and cut 17 little stars
5)Place a half teaspoon of filling on every star
6)With the other half of dough make 17 others stars and put them on the filling and crimp with a fork
7)Brush the top with the coconut milk and and the sugar, let it cool 15 minutes
8)Put in the oven for 15 minutes, when they are cooked add the melted chocolate and your little black stars are ready !🖤
