Unfortunately these little wonders are usually so fat and unhealthy that I didn’t ate it for ages! But now I found the perfect solution ; these blondies are healthy, light and just so delicious. These little guilty free treats will soon have a big place in your heart!

For 6 blondies you need :
1 little can chickpeas (215g)
50g light vegan butter
55g maple syrup
1 tbsp flour
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
20g vegan white chocolate ( I chose one with almonds)
20g frozen raspberries
Each blondie contains 105 calories, 2g protein, 12g carbs and 4g fat.

1)Preheat the oven at 400*F
2)In a mixer blende all the ingredients except the chocolate and the raspberries
3)Chop the chocolate and the raspberries and add it to your chickpeas dough
4)Transfer it in a small plate and put it in the oven for 30minutes
Wait 45minutes until they are cold and your delicious little blondies are ready for tasting!✨
