A fruity explosion that will be a perfect snack on the beach or from your coutch when you are missing summer holiday.
For these mango bars you need:
-90g dried mango
-65g almonds
-80g dates
-40g desiccated coconut
-2g coconut oil
With these ingredients, you will make 12 bars. Each of these bars contains 100 calories, 1.2g protein, 11.9g carbs and 4.9g fat.
At first, you will mix all the ingredients in a blender during five seconds and transfer your mix to a plate.
Knead your mix until it's a dough ( If you are a sour lover or if the mix is too dry, add a bit of lemon juice ). Then flatten your dough in a rectangular shape and put it in the fridge for one hour.
After one hour, take your plate out of the fridge, cut into 12 pieces and your little sunnny bar will be ready !
