-110g dried figs
-50g almonds
-30g walnuts
-2tbsp maple syrup
-2tsp carob powder (or cocoa powder)
With these ingredients, you will make 6 bars. Each bar contains 142 calories, 3g protein, 17g carbs, 6g fat.
At first you will mix all dry ingredients in a blender for five seconds.
Transfer your mix to a plate and add the mapple syrup.
Knead your mix until it's a dough, flatten it in a rectangular shape and put it in the fridge for one hour.
